Noteshelf you might like my template.
This is how it looks on the iPad 2. It's not supposed to look perfect but natural! It is not a mistake that "urgent" and "not important" are smaller its adjusted to my personal needs. If you want one that's (more or less) equally spaced let me know it's a matter of 3 minutes for me.

BudHand font.

How to use:
Download the image on your iPads
Camera Roll.
To create the paper in Noteshelf you'll create a
new book and chose
custom. You'll see that you can add a
New Template From Image do that and simply chose the image that you saved before. That's it you don't even have to create a new book. Simply use the paper in the books that you already have.
